Bendigo Bank are huge supporters of their local communities, providing funding to local groups and organisations from the profits it makes.
Why not approach your local Bendigo Bank to request funding for defibrillators and help make your community a safer place to be?
In 2011 Defib For Life was chosen as the Laverton, Altona Community Banks (Bendigo Bank) first major project, resulting in over 100 defibrillators being handed out to facilities across Altona, Laverton and Point Cook. As a result, defibrillators are now located at local schools, community groups, sporting grounds, railway stations, swimming pools and service stations in the area.
The Laverton, Altona Community Banks branches – Bendigo Bank, together with Point Cook Business Centre will be hosting further forums to identify areas of need in the communities. They are forward-thinking and are committed to staying focused on the needs of their community. Call Anne Randall on 0430 430 824 for more information.
Defib For Life has a mission to ensure as many people as possible in public places throughout communities have access to a defibrillator.
Sudden Cardiac Arrest can happen to anyone at any time. It doesn’t discriminate.
It is now more important than ever to respond to the demand in the communities to supply more units nationally to sporting clubs, sporting complexes, health clubs, community facilities, schools, corporate offices, government buildings, and industrial facilities.
Does your community need access to life saving defibrillators?
Don’t wait ‘til it’s too late.
